Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are based on the agreed scope of work. Any changes, upgrades, or unforeseen conditions may affect pricing and will always be discussed and approved before moving forward.



Deposits & Payment Terms

A deposit is required to secure your project and scheduling. Progress payments may be outlined depending on the size of the project, with final payment due upon completion of the agreed work.



Payment Plans

For larger projects, flexible payment plans can be arranged and will be clearly outlined in your contract before work begins.



Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased, trades are scheduled, or work has begun. Cancellations may be subject to charges based on work completed and costs already incurred.



Project Timelines

We provide clear and realistic timelines. While we always aim to stay on schedule, delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions may occur. We will keep you informed every step of the way.



Communication

We prioritize honest and consistent communication so you always feel confident and informed throughout your project.



Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind our work and offer a full 1-year workmanship warranty following project completion. If any issues related to our work arise within that time, we will address them promptly.



Site Responsibility

Homeowners are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the work area. While we maintain a clean and organized site, active construction areas should be approached with care.
